Age Limit

Only guests over 18 may stay at the hotel on their own. Guests under 18 may stay with their parents. Please remember to bring your ID.

 

Identification

All guests must show a passport or ID card at check-in.

 

Early Check-in

Let us know about early check-in when you book or when you arrive at reception, and we will do our best to have a room ready for you. Early check-in depends on room availability and the housekeeping schedule, so a ready room cannot be guaranteed. If you need guaranteed early check-in, please ask us to confirm it. To guarantee early check-in, the room is not sold the night before, so one night's rate is charged in advance and added to your bill.

 

Early Departure

If your plans change and you need to leave early, please tell reception by 12:00 on the day you leave. If you tell us after 12:00, the full rate will be added to your bill.

 

Late Check-out

If you would like to check out after the standard check-out time, please ask at reception. We will try to keep your room for you, depending on availability. Late check-out may incur an additional charge; reception can give you the details.

 

Extra Beds

We do not put extra beds in rooms. Instead, you can choose our connecting rooms, subject to availability. For baby cots, see Children below.

 

Connecting Rooms

We have connecting rooms for families, linked by an inner door so you can move between them without leaving the room. Please ask for one when you book or at check-in, and we will do our best to arrange it, subject to availability. Please confirm your connecting room with reception.

 

Children

Children aged 0-6 staying in the same room as their parents stay free of charge, and children aged 7-12 receive a 50% discount. Please tell us the number and ages of children when you book. Baby cots are subject to availability, and we will do our best to help.

 

Pets

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets.

 

Cancellations

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the rate and dates of your booking; please check your booking confirmation for the terms that apply. Bookings made online can be cancelled online. For more information, please contact our reservations team.

 

Other Hotel Rules

Please do not leave children alone on terraces, stairs or in lifts, and do not let them climb on the furniture in the room.

Please do not wear bathrobes, sleeveless vests or similar clothing in public areas.

By law, smoking is not allowed in the hotel's indoor public areas. Smoking rooms are available for guests who request them; please do not smoke in non-smoking rooms. There are designated areas for guests who smoke.

Everyone staying in your room must be registered at reception. Unregistered visitors may not enter your room. Unregistered guests will be charged accordingly, and the necessary legal procedures will apply.

Please keep noise to a minimum and respect every guest's right to quiet.

Please do not throw objects or waste from windows or terraces; use the bins provided inside the hotel.

Please be considerate of other guests.

You are solely responsible for your personal belongings. Please keep valuables in the safe in your room. The hotel accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of guests' personal belongings.

The hotel accepts no responsibility for any accident or injury beyond the control of the hotel management.

To ensure the safety and comfort of everyone in the hotel, the management reserves the right to end the stay of guests who do not follow the rules above.
